IMC Competition

The Result of the Competition of IMC Egypt

With reference to the three architectural competitions announced on February 11, 2010 in the following areas:
1- Coordination of the urban street trade
2- The architectural design of facades and signs
3- Decorations and interiors of shops

there was a challenge between 50 designs offered to the Competition Staff who including :

* Dr.Johansson Yehiya Eed - vice of the faculty of engineering - Ain shams University

* Dr.Soheer Hawas - Prof. at the Architecture Department in Cairo University and the Head of Central Department for Studies and Research in the National System for Coordination of Civilization

* Dr.Nabeel Hassan - Head of Interior Architecture and Decoration - Faculty of Fine Arts , Helwan University

* Dr.Ibrahim Mahmoud - Head of the Department of Architecture - Military Technical College

* Eng.Tariq Hussain - Coordinator of the Engineering Project Status Update of Internal Trade

After studying the projects submitted in three competitions
The results were as follows:

* The first competition was won by the team following the Civil Aviation Academy - Department of Architecture :

• The second contest was won by two equally the following:

1. Mansoura University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Architecture :

- Mohamed El Sayed Mohamed
- Mo2ayad Rashad El-Wardany
- Mustafa Amin Mustafa
2. Civil Aviation Academy - College of Engineering - Department of Architecture :
- Hania Adham Sharaf
- Mohamed Ramadan Mahmoud Shaaban

* The third and was won by the team of Mansoura University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Architecture:
- Ziad Yehia Magdy
- Ahmed Salahuddin Abdul Aziz
- Khaled Mohamed Hassan
